Learning to Relax at Scarborough Faire

Well, I had a grand ol'time on Sunday going to Scarborough Faire in the DFW area. It was the first time since we started performing at faires that we actually paid to get into a Ren Faire. What a concept! And it was all well worth it since we got to see tons of friends, including several we haven't seen in a Long time.

Another great thing about it was, I got to do some relaxing. That's just something I don't get to do much at faires these days. So it was a pleasant change, though way too short.

At the end of the day, though, I got to hear a fantastic original song by Lily, formerly of the Bedlam Bards. That was a wonderful surprise. Ah, and to hear Queen Anne's Lace and The Rogues again is always a treat. The weather was nice and by the time I got home, I was pleasantly wiped out. Grand day!
