Bards in the Studio

Marc and I finally got into the studio again. We have been planning this for a while now and plan to work on a Irish CD and a Faire CD. We started by writing 2 songs in the studio and recording 5 different versions of "If I Had a Million Ducats."

Here are some shots of us in the studio.

This is a picture of our Sound Engineer Stuart. He has his own group which sounds absolutely nothing like us but he is a very good engineer.

This is a picture of Stuart hard at work mixing our sound. He will do an initial mix and look at us. We say "up the levels on this" or "can you add brightness to this." He tries to do it and then gives us a master recording on CD.

We got a lot done or at least a lot of silliness out of our systems. We are planning to go back to the studio next week and hopefully work more on the Irish CD. We'll keep you updated on the progress.
